Please arrive at Reflections at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change, fill out your personal consultation form if needed and undertake a comprehensive consultation. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times

To ensure that all clients at Reflections mind body spirit enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum in the treatment and relaxtion areas. Mobile phones are to be left in the privacy of your room and turned off. We appreciate your co-operation.

All online bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 

Payment is made when booking the appointment using credit card/PayPal.

Appointments booked online may be rescheduled, 24 hours notice is required. 

We ask that clients be mindful with Cancelling and Rescheduling Appointments. 

Any cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

A 50% deposit may be requested for Packages booked. 

If you are flagged as a 'no-show' 2 times within a 30-day period, you may be requested to pay a 50% deposit before booking future appointments. 

Reflections accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and bank card.

We also accept over the phone transactions. 

The therapists at Reflections are happy to travel to you on your special day.

We will travel out of salon with a minimum of 5 makeup bookings. If you require Reflections for less, you have to option of paying the difference.

If your wedding is outside of Griffith your package price will include the extra travel fee. 

Also, if required, the client will need to provide the accomodation and return flights.

Your booking will be secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Sundays, public holidays and long weekends will incur a surcharge

As of 7th April 2024 there will be small price increase to some of our services. This is due to the ongoing increasing costs of out of our control.
Gift Vouchers over a 12 month issue date will incur this price increase. Gift Vouchers less then 12 months issue date will stand as of the original price.
